The new version 5.0 features a new user interface, document and incident management capabilities, and enhancements to the emergency and learning management modules. The cus­tom­izable landing page offers a choice between pull-down navigation bar or directory tree navigation. Other upgrades include an integrated help section for each page and a searchable knowledge base of common questions. The document management system is a new module that allows users to create, store, edit, and add existing documents. The new incident management module allows users to track incidents and their details, while the emergency management module has been updated for easier use.
