Yale Locks and Hardware of Lenoir City, Tennessee, has announced that its inTouch standalone touchscreen access locks are certified ANSI/BHMA Grade 1. The units have no buttons, but feature a digital display that awakens when touched. Programming is simplified with an interactive, voice-guided system. Access is granted via a four- to 12-digit user code. A request-to-exit input allows remote access capability. In Easy Mode, the device accommodates nine unique user identities, while Advanced Mode can handle up to 1,000 users. Additional capabilities include lockout mode, and automatic relocking.
