- The Worldcue Asset Risk Management solution from iJET Intelligent Risk Systems of Annapolis, Maryland, has been updated to improve the ability of organizations to monitor and manage risks to facilities, people, and supply chain assets.

Video Software

- Pelco of Clovis, California, has released version 1.5 of its WS5000 Advanced System Software for the Endura IP Video Security System. The new software provides access to all operation and configuration features of the Endura system in a user-friendly interface.

Network Recorder

- The Steelbox 1000 is a powerful, scalable, feature-rich network video recorder and distribution solution for surveillance applications. Made by Steelbox Networks, Inc., the NVR actively manages the video surveillance infrastructure to protect network bandwidth, optimize storage usage, and ensure that video is available without overwhelming the network.

Intelligent Recorder

- Honeywell of Louisville, Kentucky, has updated its Fusion III line of digital video recorders to bridge the gap between DVRs and network video recorders. The Fusion firmware release v3.5 includes enhancements such as fully integrated video and data analytics and expanded support for digital IP video sources.

Economical Recorders

- Dedicated Micros of Chantilly, Virginia, has introduced new models of the ECO 9- and 16-channel digital video recorders at a reduced price. Ideal for small businesses, the recorders also offer increased recording rates of up to 60 pictures per second (NTSC).

Digital Recorders

- ELMO USA Corporation of Plainview, New York, has expanded its line of embedded digital video recorders with the introduction of the new ProVidient series. Besides offering state-of-the-art functionality, each model employs secure, intelligent and upgradeable technology.

Global Intelligence

- Houston-based ASI Group has released a new version of World Watch, its database of real-time information for countries and cities around the world. Version 6.0 includes a database that allows users to search events by date, country, category, and key words.

Incident Tracking

- Security Management Consulting of Raleigh, North Carolina, has introduced a Web-based incident-tracking software package. InciTrack Enterprise Software 3.0 allows multiple users to create, update, track, and report almost any kind of incident, including crimes, accidents, or work injuries. Its incident reporting history will help companies identify trends and patterns and address any legal issues that might arise from such events.

Surveillance system

- SYColeman of Arlington, Virginia, has introduced the Praetorian Surveillance System, an open-architecture, scalable software suite that offers surveillance for even complex and densely populated sites.

- Integral Technologies, Inc., has updated its digital video surveillance software.

- Minneapolis-based Fargo Electronics has introduced Fargo Asure ID photo ID and ID card application control software. The suite of digital identity and photo ID card management solutions enables organizations to create, manage, and verify an individual’s identity. The suite includes four versions for organizations of different sizes and needs. Solo, designed for organizations that need entry-level photo ID card software, provides single-sided card design and print production with magnetic stripe encoding. Express offers advanced card design and batch printing capabilities. Enterprise allows multiple operators on a network to create, update, and maintain shared records in real time. Exchange is for organizations that need card design, data management, and advanced card personalization. It supports contact and contactless cards and features advanced integration, enrollment, and encoding capabilities

Visitor management

- Dallas-based DSX Access Systems and EasyLobby, Inc., of Needham, Massachusetts, have developed an integration module that seamlessly integrates WinDSX total access control and EasyLobby’s Secure Visitor Management software.
