What A Firm Looks for When Seeking a Security Guard Services Company.

Hello. 
I am a Business and Management doctoral student conducting research on the Security Offficer (565612) industry.  In light of heightened awareness regarding the need for security protection in the private industry,  perhaps you will share your ideas concerning which capabilities must a security company possess that are aligned to customer requirements (e.g., costs, corporate image of the security firm, professionalism, competence, openness in contractual agreements) when selecting a security guard company.  I would be very interested in knowing what are your thoughts on the issue.

I am Secrurity Management Student from Loughborough University - UK. At the moment I am running a research on the same topic as you were trying to seek information on "What A Firm Looks for When Seeking a Security Guard Services Company". I have not run much research yet but I am sure that you would have done some. Could you please share some of work with me to help me prepare my project.
